Do not walk by without trying the food here. This place is a gem within Pike Market. One of my favorite meals on this trip. It's a family owned restaurant and mom does most of the cooking. The family is very friendly and welcoming. FESENIOON #2 plate has a sweet sauce made of pomegranate with walnuts. The taste is out of this world while the walnuts offer a little crunchy texture to the dish. Sauce is so good with rice. GHORME SABZI #1 plate is just as good, the dried limes flavoring is splendid and served with rice as well. So happy I stopped by for a meal.

One of my favorite "hidden gems" in the Market. They pack a ton of flavor into every bite with generous seasonings, and the price for the size of the portions really can't be beat around the Market.

Amazing all around. I ordered the chicken (joojeh) kabob and the beef (koobideh) kabob with grilled tomato and it was amazing. So affordable too. Authentic and delicious. And the service was quick for being made to order. I can't wait until the next time i go to the market to get more. Highly recommend to anyone who like persian food or wants to try something new! 10/10

Cozy Persian restaurant tucked away inside Pike Place Market. I ordered the lamb kebab plate (about $15) and it was delicious! The salad had a nice citrus twist, the rice was seasoned to perfection, and the lamb was well made. The service is a little slow since it's a small shop, but I definitely would come here again!

A hidden shop in the pike place market! It's next to Rachel's ginger beer and pike place chowder. It looks like a food court, have two small tables in the open area and 5-6 bar seatings. I ordered kotlet sandwiches. We waited for 15 minutes and got our food. The food is a lot better than I thought!!! The portion is big, and the bread for the sandwiches was served warm and tasted so good! Definitely give this place a try :)

A hidden shop in Pike's Place. They recommended the Chicken Kebab but it was dryer than the Sahara. Complete 180 on the Lamb Burger, it was juicy and delicious #goodeats would come back for just the lamb burger. Service is quick and they bring you the food. You have to buss your own stuff. All good here. The restaurant is in a hidden alley on pikes place. Surprising amount of space for being on the inside corner. We beat the rush but even if we hadn't, there's plenty of space to sit. First time trying Persian/Iranian foods, and it was absolutely amazing and blew our minds. Definitely a hidden gem at Pike Place Market (located next to Rachel's Ginger Beer and in very close proximity to Pike Place Chowder) that I highly, highly recommend checking out! They do have tables for dine-in, but food was served in to-go containers and everything was very casual. Quick service as well! My boyfriend and I ordered the ghorme sabzi plate to share. It was unbelievably aromatic due to the parsley, cilantro, spinach, leeks, and dried lime and the beef stew was so soft and savory. Served with saffron basmati rice and YUMMM, it was such a flavorful bite. We gobbled it up very quickly and wanted to order more to bring back to our hotel, but they were already starting to clean up and close. Definitely recommend this place and I am, for sure, coming back when I travel to Seattle again!

- LAMB KABAB (marinated lamb kabab, served with basmati rice and salad) - GHORMEH SABZI (chopped and sautéed parsley, cilantro, spinach, leeks, flavored with dried lime. mixed with beef stew and red beans. served with saffron basmati rice) - VEGGIE PLATE (chopped and sautéed parsley, cilantro, spinach, leeks, flavored with dried lime. mixed with tofu and red beans. served with saffron basmati rice) - KABAB SANDWICH (ground beef mixed with onion. served with tomato, onions, parsley, pickles, sumac and "farvahar" sauce) * 9/10 * Throughout our Canada trip, we've constantly had Asian food, which meant I was in NEED of Middle Eastern food. As it is my favorite cuisine (middle eastern, Greek, arabic), this Persian restaurant in Pike Place looked good. Ordering was easy peasy since I am bit of an expert of what to get at Middle Eastern restaurants. I always order lamb if it's on the menu, since it's my meat of choice, and these kababs were gooood. This Persian restaurant offered Ghormeh Sabzi. This herby beef stew is one of my favorite Persian dishes as it packs so much flavor from the dried lime. Dads order, the veggie stew, was the exact same as they ghormeh sabzi but the beef was tofu. The kabab sandwich was sour, salty, and just amazing. This was in a little corner, kinda tucked in and away from the main market so we were the only customers in this place. Overall every dish was tasty. ^@kamibites on Instagram
